The University of California, Irvine Foundation (“UC Irvine Foundation”) (Tax ID 95-2540117) is a nonprofit, public benefit corporation. The UC Irvine Foundation is organized for the purpose of encouraging voluntary private gifts, trusts and bequests for the benefit of the University of California, Irvine (“UC Irvine”) campus. Responsibility for the governance of the foundation, including investments, is vested in its Board of Trustees.
